George, Jay O'Donald, Vice President Product Development, Switches. O'Donald has been involved in the computer industry for over 30 years and has held senior executive positions in engineering, marketing, and general management. Prior to its acquisition, O'Donald was president and CEO of Arcxel where he helped pioneer the first generation of Fibre Channel switches and was responsible for market and product strategy development for the company's switching fabric group. Prior to Arcxel, O'Donald was vice president of enigneering at Emulex where his responsibility included the development of ASICs and other products using Fibre Channel technology.
