I bet they don't even go to the shareholder meeting or do so with prostetic aids and or nurses...by their side... 70 yrs old what the hell.... the guy should be out playing pinnochle or shuffle board not trying to take this on...

What complete nonsense! You should be ashamed of yourself. Some of the most valuable people in the business community are those with years of business experience. The function of a board is NOT day to day management. They are there to choose the day to day operational managers. Having a wealth of experience in the business world is a tremendous asset. They don't need to understand the technical aspects of the biotech industry. They will appoint day to day management with these skills. They need to understand the broader issues of business management that is common to all businesses. This is the function of a board.

Yes I have criticized the Lidak board but solely for their lack of investment. I have engaged in no personal attacks against them and remain prepared to support them as we have the opportunity to evaluate the information in the proxy. You however, here and on Yahoo, continue to see fit to engage in name calling against these people with absolutely ZERO evidence to support such attacks. This is not advancing anyones ability to understand this situation.
