Rob,

Clearly we have different approaches to trading/investing. Since you got into this stock shortly after the IPO and have had a position ever since, you must have done some due diligence. I believe Melissa Wilmoth of Smith Barney was referenced in a New York Times article on Women's Health Care stocks back in May 1997. John Sasson, President of Physician Sales & Service has been a health care industry executive for many years, and believes this product has the potential to be a blockbuster. I assume that you have spoken to at least some OBGYN's, primary care docs, institutional investors with positions in HMSC, investment bankers and company executives, which has led you to believe shorting HMSC for short term gain is the way to maximize your profits.

With a large percentage of the float in concentrated hands and relatively light volume on average, it becomes quite easy for short sellers to push the price down in the interim. I'm curious as to how quickly you'll cover when the price starts moving up (as it did 2 weeks ago). As you know, it doesn't take much to move this one in either direction.

Regards,

MaximilianII
