Once again words of wisdom from someone who has obviously seen many market cycles. I agree with you 100% on having a diversified mix of strategies. As a person who has not traded in a bear market I will have to see how effective my plans turn out to be.

Personally I do not forsee a bear for a long time. with continued inflows into the market from baby boomers, inheritance (10 trillion is the last number I heard regarding inheritance $ over the next 10 years) and low interest rates which IMO will stay at a low level due to the opening of world markets and the need to remain competitive. World wide free trade is the ultimate goal and we are far from it. But I see the Internet revolutionizing the way people from other countries interact with each other. The more we understand our differences the easier it is to get along. I would compare the world of the internet to the start our own great country the good old USA. By this I mean people are coming together who have traditionally been isolated from one another. They are learning from each other what works and what does not. We all now what happened in the USA.

happy trades
