Dynamic Healthcare Lowers First Quarter Expectations

MAITLAND, Fla.--Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: DHTI) today announced that operating results for the first quarter ending March 31, 1998 will be below analyst expectations. The company continues to experience elongated sales cycles caused by increased complexity in the decision-making process with both customers and prospects.

In other news, the Company reported that Mr. Nikhil Bhatt, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer has voluntarily resigned from the Company. Mr. Bhatt will be transitioning his current responsibilities through May 31, 1998 and will continue to serve as an Executive Advisor to the Company through May 31, 1999.
