Hi Wayne, I'm totally amazed that you got your letter from your broker! These things usually come out as a general mailing since the documents have to be printed, I assume we will receive basically the SEDAR document and a covering letter and the subscription forms. It may just be that you have a broker who is on the ball. That too is amazing.

As to how many will be exercised that will depend on the share price close to the end of the month. Many small holders may neither sell or opt to exercise them. At the price of the rights (high of $.02), if you only have a couple of thousand shares it is not worth brokerage to sell them.

I don't know how large the 'trading float' is. The float in general is huge. I don't think there are a lot of institutional holders and insiders hold less than ten percent. I think low trade volumes reflect the fact that most of these shares were purchased long ago and the holders do not actively monitor the stock. If you are not on SI, you are not going to hear about this anywhere else. I was the one who told my broker about it. That is likely a common occurrence.

Since at least some people are getting news we had better start to see some volume today or this issue is toast

Later

Keith
