Thanks Madly, I missed this news because it never appeared on Yahoo Financial, which by the way is becoming perhaps the most critical internet news wire to the modern investor. Now it is clearer why so many of Chad and your posts are full of expectation of imminent news of the completion of this financing. The company "promised" it by January.

But I don't now, nor will I ever apologize for expecting a public company to at least meet the expectations of its shareholders or offer a full explanation within the time frame that they publish. It's not only rude to not do so, it is very plainly damaging to investor relationships and extremely negligent corporate conduct!.

You mentioned that Bernard is reading our comments, that's why I've started to address my comments to him. The buck stops in his lap. As a stockholder I'm stuck with this outfit until they do something tangible. But I assure you that because of AVAL's corporate behavior, I will not be a long term holder of their stock. They have already established a pattern of disappointment and even comments like mine, don't appear to have any effect. This corporation is either too fragile or too stupid to respect investor concerns in a timely manner.

IMO, Jon
