Whoa how do you figure that the financing and MD show are the major
sources of revenue? We haven't even seen any revenue from the MD thing
in any of the 1997 numbers, and the financiang division was juts barely
getting started last September, so I don't believe that much of the
.1085 EPS is based on those at all. The .1085 also doesn't include
the Myriad acquisition and the revenue that will generate, plus 2
other aquired companies, a new Houston office (opened in Nov.) and
a new Miami office. Add to that the new IT initiative and you have
a lot of sources for revenue that have absolutely nothing to do with
either of the two things you mentioned.

Now granted, you could say that the .1085 was also not based on 41MM
shrs, but hey, so we lower that to .05 even, at a PE of 20 that still
gives $1 and that's if there wasn't any growth from last year.
