Ken: Bunte is acquitted based on a defense of ignorance and stupidity. If you ever spoke with him and listened to his hype, you know he knew exactly what he was doing. Arata never gets charged with anything. Korpal hypes investors out of a million dollars, and of course she was only doing what she was told so there is no point in pursuing her. Klenovic, it appears, will receive a minimum sentence. The stock of NVID, a non-viable entity with no product, services or even ideas, continues to trade! WHAT A COUNTRY THIS IS! Now, if the SEC loses the civil case against NVID et al., or just releases the remaining assets, the work of fleecing investors can continue. Derek
