i have heard that a new group is taking this over and have big plans. the company has great prospective properties, and in order to drill them they need cash. what would you do if you were a new group taking over a co. at a dime? i know i would clean out all the disgruntled shareholders, get the price up, and raise some cash to drill. i don't know that this is what is going on, but i sure like the action and lack of resistance on the sell side.
