i think one should watch whether msft and dell holds above 21 day ema. dell blew below it yesterday, (and still below it), but it can easily jump back above it.
msft is attempting to jump back above it as well today.

reason why i say this is b/c if 21 day ema does not hold, then dell's gap will be filled and msft will test 50 day ema @ 76. msft at 80 5/8 right now.

carry that further -->> dell and msft are tech leaders.. thus, if 21 day ema for tech leader does not hold, then chances we will see more downside in techs (vs upside)..

im not entering techs untl earnings period is over.

if you look at BAY -->> bay has fallen llike a rock BEFORE this earning warning. thus, up 2 SHOULD NOT BE THAT BIG OF A SURPRISE. but anyone should not think that this is the bottom, and the mkt (techs) CANNOT cannot go down further.

just my thoughts/opinions.
