Hi Harley, it sounds like people have been receiving notice letters from the brokers who are awake, while the rest of us await the full info package.

Yes, the SEDAR document spells out that you can oversubscribe and purchase additional shares if the rights aren't all exercised. You could get as many shares as you want if they are plentiful. If more are over subscribed than available then they will pro-rate them on the basis of how many rights you originally exercised.

At these prices and volume that whole exercise is academic.

We have an interesting scenario developing here; where the companies plan may just totally backfire. Instead of raising capital and not raising land prices they very may well have alerted all their competitors that something is afoot,meanwhile the shareholders remain skeptical and refuse to pony up any more funds.
