If Prop 211 passes and Dems win Congress-NASDAQ will take a big hit.
Could be another reason why KE moving to NYSE. There are so many games inside NASDAQ, no one substantial will want to sit on any of the boards. You'll see massive resignations if they will be open to litigation. And the bottom will fallout of the market and start to snowball.
