<I would only point out that its probably LESS THAN 1/8 the size of SYNT.> 97 revenue for CMND was 25 million, SYNT 124 million, CMND is 1/5 the size of SYNT. CMND's market cap is .1250% of SYNTELS and it should be closer to .20 thus I feel it is a discount. regards, risky
