reports like these drive me crazy. none of keynote's agents are on PSINet. i am a PSINet customer (also stockholder). i have done a number of trace routes to various sites on the net when i've experienced bad connectivity (not very often). i have yet to find the problem to be inside PSINet. i am sure problems occur - i am simply saying i have not observed it when i have looked into a performance problem. what i do see is very low latencies on PSINet and short routes. PSI has done an excellent job over the years leveraging their switching infrastructure (i.e. frame relay, etc..) to provide an excellent foundation for their IP network.
