Sorry about that, it's not cheaper to CPQ in terms of shares, you are correct. The total value of the deal would now be less than when the deal was announced. I think it was around 60 bucks then, in the low 50's now due to the drop in CPQ's share price. Can't see that as a negative (strictly in terms of the takeover) for CPQ, do you?
