Party, I don't know anything about a penny stock firm in the south pumping this to grandma. (I presume that the definition of that is "cold-calling little old ladies"...) However, I have heard that it's being promoted via unsolicited e-mail (SPAM). I haven't gotten the spam myself, as I've got good filters installed.
