A little Dram talk !
In April 1998 Intel will release the BX440 mother board.
On June 25, 1998 windows 98 will be in the stores.
Let's talk about this in relation to DRAM

(1) EDO is dead. We all knew that (g)
(2) 16MEG is now dead. Most of us know this.
(3) 64MEG SDRAM is the current unit !
(4) But there is more ! Right now on the LX440
all 64MEG SDRAM has to do is run at 66
(5) The new BX440 will move us into the 100 area.
(6) This is the big question:
How many companies have 64MEG SDRAM that can run
at 100 in the coming BX440 ?

(7) This BX440 and 100 SDRAM speed will allow Intel to
bring 400 PII's to market.
(8) Comments welcome !
Larry Dudash
PS: Maybe Micron is telling "them" that there will be a
"great" shortage of 64MEG 100 SDRAM starting in April 1998 ?
