Talked to company relations. Patriot deal is moving along as anticipated. Was told that the deal should not be highly dilutive to the stock. Talked about short issue. They believe the short position may be substantially higher than what they have discussed in the past. They have talked with large-block holders that have indicated they might be willing to trade their street name stock to certificated form. Also stated their are quite a few negotiations in the works for new deals. I asked for a press release on the reiteration of the short position. He said he would discuss with Cameron.

Yes, none of this was "concrete" facts, but he is not allowed to give out concrete info to individuals and not everyone, now is he?

My interpretation: Patriot deal done within three weeks. They are working hard on short issue. They have been avoiding the public/stock over the past few months to initiate new business, which will be coming in substantial amounts over the next few months. Now they are just about ready to take this stock over $3 and get listed on NASDAQ Small Cap.

I absolutely love this stock! All prior statements IMO. Thanks Mick, didn't know about BANY until you. Hold this baby! Call for certs. I will next week.
