Where's intc going to come up with that kind of money?? Does Dvorak suggest what the purchase price might me and where intc might find that kind of cash? What would they do? Another cash plus stock deal? How much cash, how much stock? CPQ shareholders will not approve a pure stock swap imo.

And besides, imo, if we're reading about the possibility of a buyout in pc magazine then the likelihood of that ever happening is about as likely as Willie boy admitting that he wants to emulate Kennedy in every respect.
