John, AS I recall when the buyout was announced DEC went up 10 points, so I think it was trading around the high 40s. Up 10 to 56 or 57 is about where we are now for them. What I mean to say is that where CPQ is now, say at 24, is a total of 30+(.954)*24, which is still more than what DEC was trading at prior to the buyout. For DEC shareholders its still a good deal; not as good as immediately after the announcement, however.
Just re-checked, it was at 45 or so. It is still trading higher than that, post CPQ warnings, drops, etc.
