Davis, it may just be a case of Ira being overly optimistic about the time frame. As someone here pointed out, don't remember who but there father was a CPA, after the field work is done, all of the trails from the revenues have to be checked out, then an addendum has to be added to note ANY change of business since the time period of the figures for the audit. This is highly plausible since the reuters release clearly stated the NASD merger would be inked this week. I would think this was an important change to the status of the business, and would thus delay the final financials.
