Roger, Sorry for the confusion. I have been into KGFC for about a year, but have not been following the news (and posts here) too closely as I've been distracted by other issues, and, comparatively speaking, my investment is small. I'm 'hang'n in there' with this company as I believe they may be able to put their pieces back together again. ValuePro
