Hi Vince, I have also talked with management, employees, and related parties throughout my due diligence. Right now the attorneys are trying to iron out the final details on the Danielle deal. For awhile I thought the deal was stalled, but now I think it will take place soon. That will clear the way for Ira Levy to "complete" the Araldica audit and then (and only then) Frank Landi, Sr. will issue the audited financials and announce changes that will position the company to move ahead. So I placed a buy order at .1875 and we will see if I can "steal" <gg> a few more shares. Then the price will probably sink below .15 for the rest of you :) (Not really pessimistic, just joking about what usually happens when I buy Araldica). Slim
