Good afternoon Derek and all,

It sounds like the courtroom was turned into a pity party and that some common sense judgement was lost in the process. Bunte couldn't have been that stupid, and just by virtue of his lack of initiative in clearing up the issues regarding the shares that were issued and the press releases that were in question, shows that he was aware of wrongdoing. Korpal, being in the field of medicine as a nurse, should definitely have been attuned to some obvious discrepencies and red flags with respect to the magic potion, and as a nurse should have required more authentication via verifiable research showing statistical significance of this product, before she let her name and title and reputation ride on this product. I believe that she was irresponsible in promoting NVID shares and it goes to show us all that "titles" aren't a safeguard for trust or leadership. "President" and "Nurse" should denote some level of trust and education and common sense. But "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts" are obviously neither here nor there in this situation.

That is why these scams persist, because those who are involved just get their hands slapped and the leniency of punishment is worth the risk and reward of get-rich-quick scheming and thieving. And when it comes time to pay the piper, the scamsters conveniently demonstrate inability to pay. Don't wait for the legal system to protect your interests, folks...Though it is the best system on the globe, and has evolved and continues to evolve to better serve us, the bottom line still remains "Buyer Beware." You can't wave a piece of paper at an avalanche.

Best to all,
Cindy
