I agree with your points, totally. However, the problem is not only lower prices, managment strategy, mangaments ability to take the company to "the next level," operational problems, component shortages, delays in delivering new products, are all key issues raising concern as to the viablity of the company for the short as well as the long term horizon.

If you read TMF's IOM in Fooldom, particulary the first post, it addressed these issuees with great analysis and breakdown (beat any article that Herb G., has written in all his life.) A good example given was the fact that IOM has way too much cash in it's hand to the point where it is draging overall return to shareholders.

The post was posted yesterday and makes for a great read. Quite lengthy, to say the least.
