SYSTEMS OF EXCELLENCE : (SEXI) Over the last 48 hours, we've talked to many
of our subscribers who have frequently been our sources on Systems of
Excellence. Most of what we have heard has been positive, which gives us a
ray of light at the end of the tunnel. After last Friday's press release by
SEXI, we were really down in the dumps, as we read into the press release
that the company was a complete scam. What concerned SGA about last Friday's
late press release was one sentence which read as follows..... "Mr. Walther
stated that the Company lacks confidence in the financials that were filed
and prior press releases; and investors and market-makers should not rely on
such filed financials or press releases." To us, this one sentence was
stating that all prior press releases were not the truth. However, we were
told by one of our sources that Mr. Walther's legal counsel most likely
suggested that he make this statement in order to cover his you know what,
and SGA was assured by this source that the press releases that Systems of
Excellence has released are true and accurate. If that's the case, and we
certainly hope that it is the case, there is a ray of light at the end of the
tunnel. Furthermore, we've hear rumors that shares may start to trade today.
However, we remain extremely confused, as the company has stated that they
wish that the halt could continue until their new auditors have time to
review the financials. In addition, we sincerely doubt that shares would
trade before the company satisifies all of the SEC requests. It should also
be noted that we've been told by another source, who spent three hours in the
offices of SEXI last Thursday, that the company is alive and well. This
source told us that the "cancer" from within the company is gone and the
company will survive. Another source who we talked to yesterday also believes
that the company will survive. He talked to two different people at SAIC and
this person told our source that...... "SEXI has a great product and several
of SEXI's systems are in my office. Don't worry about SEXI's teleconferencing
equipment, as it's an excellent product." So, it gives us some comfort to
know that the company has a chance. We sincerely hope that existing
management can quickly lead the company in the right direction. However, at
this time we still remain unsure about the copmany's future and when SEXI
shares will began to trade! If these are the same sources that said there would be big announcements last June, July , August, and September, then I don't think they are very reliable!!! SGA is certainly a piece of work........... Dave..... |
