Joe, she is a very sharp and I take her seriously. The small caps have been doing well Joe, just not in technology it seems. As long as the big caps do well and many offer dividends to boot, it seems small cap technology is the loser. At least that has been the pattern the last couple of years it seems.

Until we start seeing a vast majority of technology reporting surprise upside earnings I don't think these stocks will start moving as we think they should. I always thought the street got in early before the masses, but with so many of the masses starting to be market savvy and impatient with low returns and willing to dump and move on, I think fund managers no longer jump in as early as they did in the past.

I think the whole idea of the market looks out 6 months to a year is no longer true. They might look out that far, but they invest looking out 3 months the most if you ask me, if that it seems.
