Lehman's telecom analysts are a good contrarian indicator. Two weeks ago they downgraded ICGX when it was at 29. That day it went up 3 points. The stock is now trading at 40.

It's good to see what they're saying but as far as info goes the report said nothing new that we didn't already know. If you read the report it's incredibly general - almost as if they're just now trying to get up to speed.
