Mr. Freilich,

It is good to hear from you, even though you are not part of GIFT any longer. I have one quick question for you; is there a law which states a max time period in which a court must set a date?

And another question, if the judge does rule in favor of GIFT, how far back in time do the infringements infringe? Is it since the beginning of the patent?
