Hi Salah: Did you see IBM's breakdown in sales? Software revenue down 2% while service revenue up 26%. Was IBM installing Novell software and charging their customers a service call? In either case, Novell needs to generate revenue from a "Service" division, selling and installing Novell and third party software. Let's utilize our customer base by becoming a software integrator specialist. IBM certainly has seen tremoundous growth in this area. Why not Novell? What do you think? EKS
