MPullee, Obviously I'm not Kunkel or Duffy, but your post didn't sound right to me and so I clipped out the meaningful data from that review you quoted. It's listed at the bottom of this post, but the data indicated a low (best) for Compuserve at 2.640 seconds and the high (worst)for GetNet at 28.043, with the average appearing to be around 4/5. PSInet performed at 5.875, better than Netcom, by the way. I don't have the time to figure out the average, but where do you get the data to support PSInet as being "at the bottom of the barrel"? It's not from this article, so please let us know where you found it!
