Thanks for the best wishes of my portfolio ROI, James. Of all the places to land on the board, you've found the square between Connecticut Avenue and St. Charles place. Some of us are just visiting, some are still waiting to throw doubles; I am simply the prison cook. The names are circumstantial. I usually prefer the top hat, but invariably have to settle for the little doggy, or&#151ughhh&#151the boring iron. Humor helps us cope when the market has a poopy day, and makes the good days even more enjoyable <insert "philosophical thought" aphorism here> You can indeed "get many nuances off here" that you can't get from the usual investment advisor relationship. Just be aware that our little Community Chest has it's up and downs of fortune. Some days your insurance policy matures; you get to collect $100. Other days you have to advance token to nearest railroad and pay the owner double. Thanks for the warning on the BB stocks, too. I've always considered Baltic and Mediterranean as "slumming it", but a good education if read the past history. May your properties get some really nice hotels. -MrB
