I believe that FOCL has been under accumulation for the past several trading days (four days). For example, over 18k shares has traded so far for today with virtually no downward movement of price. OBV (on balanced volume) has also confirmed accumulation. Only upward movement of price was noted. I believe that we will see an attempt to break $17 7/8 ceiling shortly. Tuan
