I'm surprised nobody has combined the general indexing strategy with the technology sector -- given past performance of both and future outlook of the overall technology market. There may be a consensus with regard to the European market. Mr. Brinker recommends buying (rather than DCA with a 10% limit) and Smart Money recommends Europe in their latest issue.
