Michael, call me dense (others have!) but I have been chasing USTX for what seems like weeks and could never pick up any more stock on "dips". I think we're nearing a confluence of events here that could get the stock moving again. Today I finally just said "chuck it" (somewhat more colorfully) and took some stock at the offer.
