Most of the above is clear and sensible. But I don't understand what you mean by "...a split investment that puts no single entity in control..." Could you explain that, please?

Today, with the information that is available to us, we must assume that Hayton has provided the 20 mil war acquisition fund and possibly some other bits and pieces. Those money put him in control.

What I would like is for NETZ to be partly owned by, say, three big investors or so with their own stake of 25 - 30 % each. That way no one investor could run the show and call the shots. Would also make it harder to conceal inaccuracies since you would have peers watching your every move. in short self regulated balance.

I like the latter better than the former.
