There are no writings in the New Testament or the early Chruch Fathers that justify or advocate the tactics of the Inquisition. The Inquistion was the unscriptural attempt to weed out the tares from the wheat. Christ clearly told us not to do this. On the other hand, the Babylonian Talmud---the dogmatic foundation of modern Judaism--is filled with the teachings of hatred against Christ and Christians. The Babylonian Talmud raises the murder of Christians as one of the highest virtues because modern talmudic Judaism is based on the rejection of Jesus.
