AV, Zack's upgraded HDCO from a "3" to a "2" (moderate buy) today. The absolutely lowest estimate for eps for HDCO this year is $2.80/share,while the mean estimate is $3.90/share.

Growth is estimated to be at 20% annually. Assuming Asia slows that growth, then the two acquisitions should help"pump it up" back to the 20%+ range again......

HDCO fell because JBIL fell- note they are priced the same yet HDCO has twice the earnings power of JBIL. And Sansone the CEO of JBIL spoke on CNBC this morning and made me feel a lot better about ECM's...

HDCO looks good to me...

Sincerely,

Doug F.
