Dennis, The PR announcement for Deswell has caused no reaction in the market. It is beneficial to us and is the company's way of letting us know what's going on. Today's weakness may be due to the 144 filing, but most investors won't be aware of it until Monday so I don't think that's it. I believe we just have buyer weakness and will be around the $20-21 area until after the next earnings report. AEHCF - will respond on HIHOF ROn
