George, its my understanding that the deal is presently value at around $50, not 60. The reason is that CPQ is trading at around 22 per share. Give this drop from the $60 deal, I can see where the shareholders may vote down the deal. Hell, why give DEC away??? Can you confirm my analysis? Stock Bull
