Personal update: SEBL & CSCO drop to "attractive" prices. I've
got enough SEBL so no bet here. Seems to be probing for the
bottom of that trading range I mentioned on Friday. As promised
I bought CSCO at $61; if it reaches $55 it would rate a (rarely
granted by VG) "strong buy" and I'll pick up another block. As
expected MSFT earnings strong, and they even made the whisper
numbers, but don't expect a huge run-up, and in fact some
downside is still possible. (You won't see me buying unless it gets
to the low $120s, but I've got plenty already.) As I said, not much
worry about upside versus downside, so as usual patience is
rewarded. SUNW still rates a "weak trading buy" at this level,
since in theory it's fairly priced in the mid-60s. Drop me a line
and let me know how you're getting on. Cheers!
