No threat to Zip whatsoever. Been there, discussed that 1000x. I'm more concerned about the LS-120 than CDR. Recordable CDR will replace CDR. PERIOD. Floppy will remain in the box for a few years, Zip will be in the box as well. Read down the OEM list for Zip, it's a who's-who. Look at the manufacturing partners. Look at the price point, next in line is a Zip for $99. And why is the price going to $99? Because the Dream Team reduces costs and increases margins, hence the drop in price is justified and will stimulate demand even more.

In fact, I'm not concerned at all. The more the merrier! GM does'nt have 100% of the market, neither will Iomega. But they will have a good chunk, and are well on their way.

I remain long until something better comes along, like in the next millenium.
