The analog set-top boxes are going to be a big drag on Boca. Look at the failed attempt of CRTM for their $400 box, not to mention the poor Boca exposure everyone comments about on this thread. I'd be surprise if this is little more than a squeeze.
Of course if your long the squeeze gives you the warm fuzzies.
