POTENTIAL SALES AND ACTUAL SALES ARE TWO VERY SEPERATE AND DISTINCT CONCEPTS. PAYING 40 MILLION FOR POTENTIAL SOUNDS LIKE A BIT TOO MUCH. COULD 5.25-30 BE THE TOP AND NOT THE BASE?
