Mosel Vitelec and Windbond want 1.2Bil in 64Mb for 1998! Checkout: www.nikkeibp.asiabiztech.com/Database/98_Mar/18/Mor.07.gwif.html It looks like these two Tiawanese DRAM titans are going for the 64Mb market with 1.2Bil combined revenue target you looking at around 15% of the DRAM need world wide. They are sighting production cost in the $6-$8 range at 0.25um The 64Mb bloobath begins!
