So..when will there be news?

Aside from a little confusion (all normal in the world of stocks) what is RCOM working on these days. Any guesses, rumors... scuttle-butt?
The share price and volume do not reflect the target price in the analyst reports. Mind you....I think it is a perfect time to get in.
