Please decode these statements for me:
"Recent weakness in IAIC's stock price can be attributed to end of
lock-up arrangement of private placement investors as of 3/1/98"

And from Matthew Kern: (1337)

"looks like one or more of the PP folks wanted a quick turn. This begs
the question of the Soros position."

What is a "lock-up lock-up arrangement" ?
And why would ending them effect the price ?
and
Who are the "PP folks" ?
Begs WHAT the question of the Soros position ?

Please explain for this amateur.

Thanks, Scott
