Definition, LTD. Enters Into Agreement, Projects Pre-Tax Income Of $.25 Per Share For 1st Quarter 1998
LAKE PARK, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Sage Entertainment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Definition, LTD. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news) has entered into an exclusive agreement to market the ''Legend'' series. This series consists of four one hour documentaries by the Beatles, Rolling Stores, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley. Each video contains footage not previously released. The agreement is for five years and covers the U.S. and Canadian market.
Blue Sage Entertainment has secured the services of the largest U.S. distributor of audio and video products to provide nationwide distribution. Donna Anderson, President of Blue SageEntertainment, states preliminary projections provided by the distributor, are conservatively estimated at $3,000,000 for the first quarter of 1998. LAKE PARK, Fla., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Definition, LTD. DFNL is pleased to announce that Blue Sage Entertainment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Definition, LTD., has signed a five year contract with Monument Entertainment to distribute a portion of their video library.
Monument Entertainment's President, Verne Nobles, states that he expects to use about 150 titles this year from The Blue Sage Entertainment Library. An initial order of twelve titles are scheduled for release at the end of March 1998. Titles will be in three-pack configuration with a suggested selling price of $39.95. Initial projections are sales of 50,000 on each piece, generating $150,000 per month in cash flow within 90 days.
Monument Entertainment has placed an order for an additional thirty-two titles for release over the next 60 days. A total of 150 titles are expected to be released during the first year and Monument Entertainment expects first year sales to reach in excess of $2,000,000. SOURCE Definition LTD.

LAKE PARK, Fla., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Donna Anderson, President of Blue Sage Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of Definition, Ltd., DFNL announced today they have started production on a Korean War special. The seven hour special will be marketed first to television, followed by home video sales. Television sales will be handled by John Sloan, President of Sun Holding Corporation and the home video sales will be distributed by Monument Entertainment.
Verne Nobles of Monument states that the first 20,000 home videos have been pre-sold and the second phase is being planned. Release has been tentatively set for July 1998. LAKE PARK, Fla., March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Donna Anderson, President of Blue Sage Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of Definition, Ltd., DFNL announced today they have started production on a new project for television and home video. The project is entitled "History of the Navy Seabees" from inception in 1942 through the present. The U.S. Navy has agreed to supply the principal amount of historical footage. This program will cover 6-7 hours and the package will include a book entitled "Can Do" by William Bradford Huie, published by the Naval Institute Press. This is the first time Definition, Ltd. will be doing a project using footage outside of their own library. Donna Anderson will produce the project and Capt. William Hilderbrand, CEC, USN (Ret.), Executive Vice-President of the CEC/Seabee Historical Foundation, will be the technical advisor.
This is the first of three military programs scheduled for production in 1998. Funding is being provided by Monument Pictures, Inc., with distribution provided by Monument Entertainment, LLC. This project is scheduled for release in July 1998, and should net Definition, Ltd. in excess of $500,000. SOURCE Definition, Ltd.
