There may be an investigation of ADVH (along with two of the doctor's practices that use ADVH for billing) for fraud by FBI, IRS and USHHS. The story is going to appear as front page news in 3/23 edition of New York Obsever. That is the reason stock is down so much. I think in the end the probe will come to nothing. ADVH chief executive has said he is unaware of any investigations and has said "Company considers compliance with applicable laws to be paramount". Dave
